C\u2019est un ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne naturel, mais il est possible de soutenir son organisme en adaptant son mode de vie et son alimentation.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>Lumi\u00e8re sur la vitamine D<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">L\u2019hiver, nos r\u00e9serves de vitamine D s\u2019\u00e9puisent \u2014 non par exc\u00e8s d\u2019effort, mais par manque de soleil. Cette \u201cvitamine du rayonnement\u201d d\u00e9pend directement des UV(B) pour \u00eatre produite par la peau. Or, apr\u00e8s 50 ans, ce m\u00e9canisme ralentit et la plupart des Europ\u00e9ens affichent un d\u00e9ficit de novembre \u00e0 mars.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La vitamine D est bien connue pour son r\u00f4le dans la sant\u00e9 osseuse et contribue \u00e9galement au fonctionnement normal du syst\u00e8me immunitaire. Elle participe \u00e0 la r\u00e9gulation normale des processus cellulaires impliqu\u00e9s dans la d\u00e9fense immunitaire.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Les poissons gras, les \u0153ufs ou les champignons en apportent un peu, mais rarement assez. D\u2019o\u00f9 l\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat, en hiver, d\u2019une suppl\u00e9mentation personnalis\u00e9e et bien encadr\u00e9e, pour maintenir un \u00e9quilibre optimal.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>Le s\u00e9l\u00e9nium : l\u2019antioxydant oubli\u00e9<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Discret mais important, le s\u00e9l\u00e9nium contribue au fonctionnement normal du syst\u00e8me immunitaire et \u00e0 la protection des cellules contre le stress oxydatif. Il joue un r\u00f4le dans l\u2019activit\u00e9 des s\u00e9l\u00e9noprot\u00e9ines, qui participent aux fonctions cellulaires normales. Le probl\u00e8me ? Les sols europ\u00e9ens pr\u00e9sentent des teneurs en s\u00e9l\u00e9nium souvent plus faibles qu\u2019autrefois. R\u00e9sultat : toute la cha\u00eene alimentaire en souffre.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Les recherches r\u00e9centes sont claires : en Su\u00e8de, 95 % des patients admis en soins intensifs pr\u00e9sentaient un d\u00e9ficit en s\u00e9l\u00e9nium. En Allemagne, une \u00e9tude men\u00e9e sur 7 000 adultes de 50 \u00e0 74 ans a montr\u00e9 qu\u2019un faible taux de s\u00e9l\u00e9noprot\u00e9ine P augmentait de 35 % la mortalit\u00e9 globale. En Belgique, le Pr Gijs Du Laing (Universit\u00e9 de Gand) a observ\u00e9 que les patients carenc\u00e9s d\u00e9veloppaient plus souvent des formes s\u00e9v\u00e8res d\u2019infections virales.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>Zinc : le chef d\u2019orchestre de l\u2019immunit\u00e9<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Souvent rel\u00e9gu\u00e9 au second plan, le zinc contribue au fonctionnement normal du syst\u00e8me immunitaire.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Il contribue \u00e9galement \u00e0 la protection des cellules contre le stress oxydatif et au maintien d\u2019une peau normale. Apr\u00e8s 50 ans, son absorption intestinale diminue, et les carences deviennent plus fr\u00e9quentes, notamment chez les femmes. Des \u00e9tudes ont montr\u00e9 qu\u2019un apport suffisant raccourcit la dur\u00e9e des infections et am\u00e9liore la r\u00e9sistance aux virus hivernaux.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>Mieux vaut pr\u00e9venir<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pendant l\u2019hiver, mieux vaut soutenir son organisme de mani\u00e8re r\u00e9guli\u00e8re plut\u00f4t que de r\u00e9agir en urgence. Un bilan sanguin permet de rep\u00e9rer les d\u00e9ficits en vitamine D, s\u00e9l\u00e9nium ou zinc, et d\u2019y rem\u00e9dier si n\u00e9cessaire pour maintenir un apport ad\u00e9quat.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cette approche pr\u00e9ventive, douce et proactive, reste la meilleure alli\u00e9e du bien vieillir. Elle repose sur une id\u00e9e simple : soutenir le corps avant qu\u2019il ne s\u2019\u00e9puise. Car la vraie force de l\u2019hiver, c\u2019est celle que l\u2019on pr\u00e9pare.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>Une question d\u2019\u00e9quilibre<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Renforcer ses d\u00e9fenses, c\u2019est avant tout une question d\u2019\u00e9quilibre.
