Qu\u2019on le d\u00e9couvre apr\u00e8s des ann\u00e9es de Pilates au sol, qu\u2019on cherche \u00e0 soulager un dos sensible ou \u00e0 compl\u00e9ter une pratique sportive, l\u2019effet est toujours le m\u00eame : une red\u00e9couverte du corps.
