R\u00e9sultat : fatigue persistante, ralentissement, et parfois agitation ou anxi\u00e9t\u00e9 le soir au moment de trouver le sommeil.<\/p>\n<p>La m\u00e9latonine, hormone cl\u00e9 du cycle veille-sommeil, est s\u00e9cr\u00e9t\u00e9e plus t\u00f4t et plus longtemps faute de lumi\u00e8re, accentuant la l\u00e9thargie diurne. Parall\u00e8lement, la baisse d\u2019ensoleillement r\u00e9duit la production de s\u00e9rotonine \u2013 indispensable \u00e0 l\u2019humeur, \u00e0 l\u2019app\u00e9tit et \u00e0 la concentration \u2013 ainsi que celle de vitamine D, essentielle au bon fonctionnement neuronal et au soutien des circuits de la s\u00e9rotonine. Lorsque ces deux acteurs chutent, la vuln\u00e9rabilit\u00e9 \u00e0 la d\u00e9pression saisonni\u00e8re augmente nettement.<\/p>\n<h2><b>Nouvelle ann\u00e9e, nouveau stress ?<\/b><\/h2>\n<p>\u00c0 cette r\u00e9alit\u00e9 biologique s\u2019ajoute une pression psychosociale bien particuli\u00e8re.
