Cette transition n\u2019est pas qu\u2019\u00e9motionnelle : elle est neurochimique. L\u2019allongement des journ\u00e9es agit directement sur l\u2019hypothalamus, chef d\u2019orchestre de nos rythmes biologiques. La lumi\u00e8re freine la s\u00e9cr\u00e9tion diurne de m\u00e9latonine \u2014 l\u2019hormone de la mise en veille \u2014 et favorise celle de la s\u00e9rotonine, puis de la dopamine.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1461\" data-end=\"1662\">La dopamine n\u2019est pas l\u2019hormone du bonheur, comme on l\u2019entend souvent. Elle est celle du mouvement int\u00e9rieur : d\u00e9cider, initier, se lever, sortir, commencer.\u00a0Apr\u00e8s 50 ans, ce n\u2019est pas l\u2019envie qui dispara\u00eet, c\u2019est parfois l\u2019acc\u00e8s \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9lan. Le printemps, biologiquement, rouvre ce passage.<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"1804\" data-end=\"1855\">Pourquoi \u201c\u00e7a revient\u201d sans qu\u2019on sache pourquoi<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"1857\" data-end=\"2062\">Beaucoup de femmes racontent la m\u00eame chose, \u00e0 bas bruit : une pens\u00e9e plus rapide, une fatigue moins tenace, une disponibilit\u00e9 nouvelle. Rien de spectaculaire, mais un changement int\u00e9rieur.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2064\" data-end=\"2393\">Les \u00e9tudes en neurosciences montrent que l\u2019exposition accrue \u00e0 la lumi\u00e8re naturelle am\u00e9liore la plasticit\u00e9 c\u00e9r\u00e9brale, c\u2019est-\u00e0-dire la capacit\u00e9 du cerveau \u00e0 cr\u00e9er de nouvelles connexions. Contrairement \u00e0 une id\u00e9e re\u00e7ue, cette plasticit\u00e9 ne dispara\u00eet pas avec l\u2019\u00e2ge \u2014 elle devient simplement plus d\u00e9pendante de l\u2019environnement.<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"2474\" data-end=\"2526\">Ni paresse ni d\u00e9pression<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"2528\" data-end=\"2762\">La fatigue post-m\u00e9nopausique est souvent mal interpr\u00e9t\u00e9e. Trop vague pour \u00eatre m\u00e9dicale, trop persistante pour \u00eatre anodine. Elle r\u00e9sulte pourtant d\u2019un d\u00e9s\u00e9quilibre r\u00e9el entre rythmes biologiques, neurotransmetteurs et charge mentale. Le printemps n\u2019y met pas fin. Mais il en modifie la dynamique. Certaines femmes se r\u00e9veillent plus t\u00f4t, non par <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fiftyandmemagazine.be\/fr\/sante\/garder-la-forme\/mieux-gerer-ses-insomnies\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">insomnie<\/a>, mais parce que le corps anticipe la lumi\u00e8re. D\u2019autres ressentent une agitation l\u00e9g\u00e8re, une envie de bouger sans savoir pourquoi.<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"3106\" data-end=\"3158\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Ce que l\u2019on peut faire :<\/span><\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"3160\" data-end=\"3279\">Inutile de transformer le printemps en projet personnel. Le corps sait faire. Il suffit souvent de ne pas lui r\u00e9sister.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li data-start=\"3281\" data-end=\"3420\"><strong data-start=\"3281\" data-end=\"3318\">S\u2019exposer t\u00f4t \u00e0 la lumi\u00e8re : <\/strong>Pas celle des \u00e9crans. Celle du jour. M\u00eame bri\u00e8vement.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"3281\" data-end=\"3420\"><strong data-start=\"3422\" data-end=\"3456\">Bouger sans intention : <\/strong>La dopamine aime les gestes simples. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fiftyandmemagazine.be\/fr\/sante\/garder-la-forme\/pourquoi-se-mettre-a-la-marche-japonaise\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Marcher<\/a>, ranger, sortir acheter du pain. Le mouvement pr\u00e9c\u00e8de la motivation, et non l\u2019inverse.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"3281\" data-end=\"3420\"><strong data-start=\"3592\" data-end=\"3636\">Observer les envies au lieu de les juger : <\/strong>Une id\u00e9e qui revient. Une activit\u00e9 abandonn\u00e9e qui refait surface. Ce ne sont pas des caprices, ce sont souvent des marqueurs neurobiologiques.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 data-start=\"3789\" data-end=\"3847\">Le printemps n\u2019est pas une promesse, c\u2019est une fen\u00eatre<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"3849\" data-end=\"4025\">Il ne rend pas plus jeune. Il ne r\u00e9pare pas tout. Mais il cr\u00e9e une zone de passage, un moment o\u00f9 le cerveau est plus r\u00e9ceptif, plus perm\u00e9able au changement \u2014 m\u00eame minime. Certaines femmes y verront une impulsion. D\u2019autres, un simple all\u00e8gement. Il n\u2019y a pas de hi\u00e9rarchie.
