David Moens, coach sportif l\u2019explique : \u00ab\u00a0 Debout, vous posez les mains devant vous en prenant soin de garder les jambes semi-fl\u00e9chies. Et, surtout, en gardant le dos bien droit en permanence. L\u2019exercice consiste ensuite \u00e0 balancer la jambe droite en hauteur sur la droite puis \u00e0 la ramener \u00e0 sa position de d\u00e9part. C\u2019est ensuite \u00e0 la jambe gauche d\u2019\u00eatre balanc\u00e9e vers la gauche. Cette forme de balancier qui donne son nom \u00e0 l\u2019exercice. Ces mouvements sont ensuite r\u00e9p\u00e9t\u00e9s en essayant d\u2019acc\u00e9l\u00e9rer au fil des s\u00e9ances.\u00a0 Seules les jambes doivent bouger. Le reste du corps doit rester contract\u00e9, travaill\u00e9 en gainage. \u00bb Des s\u00e9ries \u00e0 r\u00e9aliser durant 30 secondes, suivies de 10 \u00e0 15 secondes de repos. La dur\u00e9e peut \u00eatre augment\u00e9e au fil des entra\u00eenements. Quelles sont les erreurs \u00e0 ne pas commettre ? David Moens r\u00e9pond : \u00ab la principale erreur, et la plus courante en fitness, c\u2019est de b\u00e2cler la s\u00e9ance avec des gestes peu coordonn\u00e9s et\/ou r\u00e9alis\u00e9s trop rapidement.
