En stimulant les endorphines, elle agit comme un antidote naturel au stress. Elle lib\u00e8re les tensions, clarifie l\u2019esprit et redonne au corps sa juste place. Marche rapide, natation, Pilates, yoga\u2026 peu importe la discipline, l\u2019essentiel est la r\u00e9gularit\u00e9. Bouger permet de recr\u00e9er un rythme sain entre tension et rel\u00e2chement.
