De lourds travaux de r\u00e9novation et d\u2019adaptation \u00e0 une activit\u00e9 de l\u2019Horeca actuelle auront \u00e9t\u00e9 n\u00e9cessaires. Apr\u00e8s \u00ab\u00a0Marius en Provence\u00a0\u00bb et un long temps vide, le b\u00e2timent avait \u00e9t\u00e9 occup\u00e9 par le pop-up store de C\u00f4te d\u2019Or.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-6687\" src=\"http:\/\/www.life-magazine.be\/fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/08\/Cadre-life-magazine1.jpg\" alt=\"Cadre-life-magazine1\" width=\"684\" height=\"616\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.fiftyandmemagazine.be\/fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/08\/Cadre-life-magazine1.jpg 684w, https:\/\/www.fiftyandmemagazine.be\/fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/08\/Cadre-life-magazine1-315x284.jpg 315w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 684px) 100vw, 684px\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ainsi depuis le 10 juillet dernier, l\u2019espace tout en longueur avec cuisine et \u00ab\u00a0table du chef\u00a0\u00bb \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tage, a \u00e9t\u00e9 totalement revu et d\u00e9cor\u00e9 par diff\u00e9rents corps de m\u00e9tier professionnels sous les indications, go\u00fbts et envies de Giovanni et de sa s\u0153ur Nadia.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">R\u00e9sultat\u00a0: des mat\u00e9riaux naturels du sol aux cimaises sur lesquelles tr\u00f4nent de jolies peintures tant\u00f4t sous forme de tableau, tant\u00f4t en \u00e9criture relatant l\u2019histoire de la famille Bruno directement \u00e0 m\u00eame le mur. Quelques touches de cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9 apparaissent \u00e7\u00e0 et l\u00e0 au fil d\u2019une carte compos\u00e9e de trois menus diff\u00e9rents. Du lunch (3 services \u2013 45 \u20ac), au menu 4 services (90 \u20ac) et au grand menu 6 services (130 \u20ac), l\u2019imagination du chef se marie judicieusement avec la cuisine de tradition familiale sicilienne.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">C\u2019est \u00e0 travers le menu 6 services, que Giovanni Bruno nous aura donn\u00e9 le choix des recettes qu\u2019il nous offre en exclusivit\u00e9 ici m\u00eame (voir rubrique \u00ab\u00a0Chef et recette de la semaine\u00a0\u00bb) et qui se d\u00e9cline en\u00a0une originale soupe de tomate et de mangue (ici servie en mise en bouche)\u00a0; en un d\u00e9licieux risotto \u00e0 l\u2019anguille fum\u00e9e et en un dessert estival articul\u00e9 autour de fraises et d\u2019une onctueuse glace \u00e0 la ricotta pouvant aussi \u00eatre au thym ou au lait cru (ici turbin\u00e9e au pakojet).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Par ailleurs, ce menu nous aura \u00e9galement permis d\u2019appr\u00e9cier \u00e0 nouveau cette exquise tomate-mozzarella qui\u00a0nous avait d\u00e9j\u00e0 particuli\u00e8rement s\u00e9duits lors d\u2019un pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent d\u00eener pris \u00e0 Schaerbeek.\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.joellerochette.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/08\/Tomate-Mozza-SPE.png\"><br \/>\n<\/a>Autre mise en bouche personnalis\u00e9e\u00a0: la roulade (Fagotino) de mortadelle \u00e0 la cr\u00e8me de mascarpone et parmesan avec vinaigre balsamique ou encore une singuli\u00e8re cr\u00e8me de haricots blancs aux crevettes grises et \u0153ufs de poisson au wazabi.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Un autre vrai must ici, les \u00ab\u00a0gamberonis\u00a0\u00bb gambas crues, cr\u00e8me acidul\u00e9e, caviar de hareng fum\u00e9, duxelles de concombre et pur\u00e9e de pomme de terre. Un plat qui n\u2019est autre qu\u2019un souvenir d\u2019enfance sicilienne de Giovanni et qui pour nous fait d\u00e9j\u00e0 office de plat signature du Senzanome. Un excellent souvenir pour tous ceux qui y go\u00fbteront.<a href=\"http:\/\/www.joellerochette.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/08\/Gamberoni-crus.png\"><br \/>\n<\/a><\/p>\n\n                    <div style=\"text-align: justify;\">Enfin, en plat principal, le turbot avec pur\u00e9e et d\u00e9licieuse sauce \u00e0 base de gambereti et \u00e9cume de tomate repr\u00e9sente une autre composition d\u00e9licate et savoureuse.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Autant de saveurs c\u00f4t\u00e9 dessert dont nous retenons outre la salade de fraises et sa glace \u00e0 la ricotta et meringue, un exquis tiramisu au caf\u00e9 glac\u00e9 concoct\u00e9 par une jeune p\u00e2tissi\u00e8re tr\u00e8s prometteuse.\u00a0<a maison, un service avenant et d\u00e9j\u00e0 bien r\u00f4d\u00e9 ainsi qu\u2019une atmosph\u00e8re sereine et apaisante et vous aurez devin\u00e9 qu\u2019une fois attabl\u00e9 au Senzanome du Sablon, il est bien difficile de ne pas s\u2019y attarder un peu plus que pr\u00e9vu !<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A suivre donc et surtout y revenir ou encore \u00e0 en parler autour de soi pour aider \u00e0 propager cette tr\u00e8s bonne nouvelle que Giovanni (en cuisine) et Nadia Bruno (en salle) sont enfin superbement bien install\u00e9s dans leurs tout nouveaux et tout beaux
