M\u00e9langez au mixeur 60 g de yaourt, la farine, le poivre du moulin et le Becel jusqu\u2019\u00e0 l\u2019obtention d\u2019un m\u00e9lange homog\u00e8ne. Formez deux boules un peu plates, emballez la p\u00e2te dans de la cellophane et laissez reposer au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur pendant 30 minutes.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ajoutez entre-temps le jus de citron \u00e0 un fond d\u2019eau dans une casserole profonde. Pelez les scorson\u00e8res avec un \u00e9conome et des gants m\u00e9nagers (pour \u00e9viter d\u2019avoir les mains noires). Coupez chaque scorson\u00e8re en 8 longs morceaux. Lavez-les \u00e0 l\u2019eau froide et plongez-les directement dans l\u2019eau citronn\u00e9e. Portez l\u2019eau \u00e0 \u00e9bullition et laissez cuire \u00e0 point pendant 20 \u00e0 25 minutes. \u00c9gouttez-les.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pelez les pommes de terre, coupez-les en morceaux et cuisez-les dans un fond d\u2019eau. \u00c9gouttez-les et laissez-les refroidir. Pelez et coupez les oignons en fines rondelles. Cuisez-les sur toutes les faces 4 minutes dans une po\u00eale s\u00e8che.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">D\u00e9taillez le poulet en petits morceaux. Coupez les tomates en quatre. Hachez grossi\u00e8rement le bouquet garni.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Disposez la p\u00e2te aplatie dans les petits moules. Piquez-la avec une fourchette. M\u00e9langez les scorson\u00e8res avec les rondelles d\u2019oignons, la moiti\u00e9 du bouquet garni et le poulet. Remplissez les petits moules avec le m\u00e9lange. Battez les \u0153ufs et m\u00e9langez-les avec du lait et du poivre du moulin. Versez le m\u00e9lange d\u2019\u0153ufs sur les scorson\u00e8res. Cuisez les quiches dans le four chaud environ 30 minutes (jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que l\u2019\u0153uf soit cuit).<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">M\u00e9langez les pommes de terre, les tomates, le reste du bouquet garni, le reste des oignons rouges crus, avec du poivre du moulin et 2 c. \u00e0 s. de yaourt. Une fois cuites, retirez les quiches du moule.
