R\u00e9server au chaud.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">2\u00b0 A feu vif, faire sauter le radicchio le minimum de temps possible puis le d\u00e9glacer au vinaigre balsamique. Evitez de laisser trop cuire le radicchio, ceci aurait pour effet de faire ressortir l\u2019amertume du produit.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">3\u00b0 D\u00e9biter le lingot en tranches fines que vous disposerez sur le lit de radicchio au balsamique.
