L<\/span>e plus beau restaurant du monde se trouve en Belgique\u00a0! \u00ab\u00a0The Jane\u00a0\u00bb vient de d\u00e9crocher la palme aux\u00a0Restaurant & Bar International Design Awards 2015<\/em>. Une bonne nouvelle pour Sergio Herman et Piet Boon, \u00e0 la t\u00eate de ce magnifique \u00e9tablissement.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

Et cette adresse anversoise n\u2019est pas seulement \u00e9blouissante pour vos yeux\u2026 Elle a \u00e9galement re\u00e7u le prix du meilleur restaurant international et du meilleur restaurant europ\u00e9en ! Et dire que cela ne fait que depuis le 25 mars dernier que ce temple de la gastronomie et du design s\u2019est install\u00e9 dans l\u2019ancienne chapelle de l\u2019h\u00f4pital militaire de Berchem. Une situation unique pour une exp\u00e9rience inoubliable\u2026<\/p>\n

L\u2019architecte d\u2019int\u00e9rieur, Piet Boon, est aussi l\u2019ami du chef Sergio Herman. \u201c Nous avons eu un d\u00e9clic\u2026 C\u2019est ma v\u00e9ritable \u201c\u00e2me soeur\u201d\u201d explique Piet Boon au journal De Tijd. Et, au nom de leur amiti\u00e9, le challenge \u00e9tait encore plus grand : \u201cLe b\u00e2timent est impressionnant et poss\u00e8de un riche pass\u00e9, tandis que Sergio est plut\u00f4t \u201crock\u2019n\u2019roll\u201d\u201d, poursuit-il, \u201cmon art consistait \u00e0 trouver l\u2019\u00e9quilibre entre la sensibibilit\u00e9 de notre h\u00f4te et le c\u00f4t\u00e9 unique de cet endroit grandiose.\u201d Une t\u00e2che glorieusement accomplie \u2026<\/p>\n
