C\u2019est donc dans le quartier judicieusement surnomm\u00e9 le \u00ab\u00a0ventre de Bruxelles\u00a0\u00bb, le quartier Sainte Catherine situ\u00e9 \u00e0 deux pas du March\u00e9 aux poissons, que <em>SAN Bruxelles <\/em>a ouvert\u00a0ses portes. Ainsi cette cuisine \u00e9pur\u00e9e s\u2019articule autour du principe des bols cor\u00e9ens qui sont garnis de produits frais et de saison (provenant pour la plupart du potager de San en r\u00e9gion namuroise) propos\u00e9s en version sal\u00e9e ou sucr\u00e9e et servit avec une cuill\u00e8re pour seul couvert. Second\u00e9 par une dynamique petite \u00e9quipe, c\u2019est \u00e0 <em>Toshiro<\/em>, son second japonais de <em>l\u2019Air du Temps<\/em> que San a propos\u00e9 la mise en musique de sa nouvelle table. Quant \u00e0 ces jolis bols, ils jalonnent alors le lunch des plus press\u00e9s (2 services \u2013 30 \u20ac) ou s\u2019articulent autour d\u2019un repas de 2 \u00e0 5 services se pliant ainsi parfaitement au temps dont on dispose ou \u00e0 la f\u00eate que l\u2019on souhaite faire du moment que l\u2019on passera chez <em>SAN Bruxelles<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-7601\" src=\"http:\/\/www.life-magazine.be\/fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/10\/SAN2-life-magazine.jpg\" alt=\"SAN2-life-magazine\" width=\"6471\" height=\"4319\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.fiftyandmemagazine.be\/fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/10\/SAN2-life-magazine.jpg 6471w, https:\/\/www.fiftyandmemagazine.be\/fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/10\/SAN2-life-magazine-768x513.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.fiftyandmemagazine.be\/fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/10\/SAN2-life-magazine-315x210.jpg 315w, https:\/\/www.fiftyandmemagazine.be\/fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/10\/SAN2-life-magazine-450x300.jpg 450w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 6471px) 100vw, 6471px\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En lunch l\u00e9ger et rapide, nous y avons test\u00e9 en 3 services (45 \u20ac), le bol intitul\u00e9 \u00ab\u00a0Liernu\u00a0\u00bb compos\u00e9 de l\u00e9gumes du jardin et jus lact\u00e9\u00a0; celui d\u00e9nomm\u00e9 \u00ab\u00a0Ardennes\u00a0\u00bb fait d\u2019un risotto lacto aux c\u00e8pes et en saveurs sucr\u00e9es le \u00ab\u00a0Roussillon\u00a0\u00bb proposant des fruits \u00e0 noyaux et mousse de lait d\u2019amande. Trois compositions saisonni\u00e8res esth\u00e9tiques mais qui auront satisfait les plus press\u00e9s \u00e0 petit app\u00e9tit.
