D\u00e9taillez les pommes de terre en tr\u00e8s petits cubes. Chauffez le Becel dans une grande po\u00eale et cuisez les pommes de terre 15 minutes. Remuez r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement. Coupez entre-temps la courgette et le poivron en lamelles. Pelez et \u00e9mincez l\u2019oignon. Ajoutez la courgette, \u00be du poivron et \u00be de l\u2019oignon aux pommes de terre apr\u00e8s 10 minutes de cuisson et laissez encore cuire 5 minutes.<\/li>\n<li>Hachez entre-temps grossi\u00e8rement les fines herbes. Battez les \u0153ufs avec le paprika, le poivre du moulin et la moiti\u00e9 des fines herbes. R\u00e9partissez le m\u00e9lange de pommes de terre et les \u0153ufs battus sur la plaque de cuisson. Enfournez pendant 30 \u00e0 35 minutes jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que la frittata soit l\u00e9g\u00e8rement dor\u00e9e et solidifi\u00e9e. Laissez reposer.<\/li>\n<li>Nettoyez et essorez la salade. M\u00e9langez-la dans un grand bol avec le Becel Dressing, le reste du poivron, de l\u2019\u0153uf et des fines herbes.
