Un collectif culinaire r\u00e9unissant une dizaine de membres fondateurs qui confirmeront leurs philosophie et engagements en signant une charte d\u00e9di\u00e9e au respect du terroir, des hommes et des femmes qui s\u2019y activent et des saveurs qualitatives qui y sont produites.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Le bouche \u00e0 oreille se met alors en branle. Tr\u00e8s vite, le collectif participe \u00e0 diverses manifestations chez nous comme \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tranger et la r\u00e9putation de <em>G\u00e9n\u00e9ration W<\/em> se fait galopante. Les chefs \u00e0 bord sont maintenant une bonne vingtaine pour plus d\u2019une centaine de producteurs et artisans. Le principe \u00e9tant que chaque nouveau chef entra\u00eene avec lui ses partenaires privil\u00e9gi\u00e9s et fournisseurs wallons les plus proches. Ou \u00e0 Namur avec le \u00ab\u00a0No\u00ebl Solidaire\u00bb. Ils sont partout\u00a0: entre manifestations et repr\u00e9sentations ext\u00e9rieures, projets d\u2019\u00e9ditions ou id\u00e9es multiples pour le web (application mobile de g\u00e9o-localisation, r\u00e9seaux sociaux \u00e9largis,\u2026).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A l\u2019instar d\u2019un v\u00e9ritable feuilleton qui ne devrait laisser personne sur sa faim, les id\u00e9es et projets vont bon train et le site du collectif est l\u00e0 pour renseigner tous les curieux et \u00e9picuriens avertis\u00a0: <a href=\"http:\/\/www.generationw.be\" target=\"_blank\">www.generationw.be<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><!--nextpage--><\/p>\n<h1 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\"><strong>R\u00e9seaux de chefs\u00a0: de bonnes adresses de tout et pour tous<\/strong><\/span><\/h1>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">De Virton \u00e0 Malmedy, de Paliseul \u00e0 Gerpinnes, c\u2019est r\u00e9ellement et d\u00e9sormais des quatre coins du terroir wallon que proviennent volailles et poissons, b\u0153ufs et brebis, laitages et c\u00e9r\u00e9ales, l\u00e9gumes et fruits, histoire de faire le bonheur des convives des restaurants comme celui des amateurs de bons produits \u00e0 cuisiner chez soi.
