Battez l\u2019\u0153uf. \u00c9gouttez les p\u00e2tes dans une passoire, passez-les sous l&rsquo;eau froide, et remettez-les directement dans la casserole. M\u00e9langez avec l\u2019\u0153uf battu et les l\u00e9gumes \u00e0 l\u2019aide d\u2019une cuill\u00e8re en bois. Poivrez et servez les p\u00e2tes dans 2 assiettes. Saupoudrez de parmesan et de basilic. Ajoutez une pinc\u00e9e de piment d&rsquo;espelette.
