La f\u00eate \u00e9tait donc \u00e0 l\u2019affiche ce 14 d\u00e9cembre lors de la sortie du Michelin tant pour <em>Isabelle<\/em> que pour <strong><em>Anca Petrescu<\/em><\/strong>, heureuse propri\u00e9taire-sommeli\u00e8re et coordinatrice avis\u00e9e de cette belle enseigne gastronomique de plus en plus pl\u00e9biscit\u00e9e par les plus fins gourmets.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>A Bruxelles<\/strong> toujours, alors que l\u2019on d\u00e9plore le fait que <strong><em>Christophe Hardiquest<\/em><\/strong> (<em>Bon-Bon<\/em>) ne gagne pas une troisi\u00e8me \u00e9toile, ce sont les doublement \u00e9toil\u00e9s\u00a0: <em>Chalet de la For\u00eat<\/em>, <em>Comme chez Soi<\/em>,<em> Sea Grill<\/em> qui se font rejoindre par <strong><em>Alexandre Dionisio<\/em><\/strong>, d\u00e9sormais dot\u00e9 de deux \u00e9toiles \u00e0 <em>La Villa in the Sky<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n                    <div class=\"swiper-slide-wrapper\">\n                    <div quelques minutes de Bruxelles, d\u00e9j\u00e0 en <strong>Brabant Flamand<\/strong> \u00e0 Overijse, c\u2019est au Ma\u00eetre Cuisinier francophone,<strong><em>Alain Bianchin<\/em><\/strong> que l\u2019\u00e9toile d\u00e9croch\u00e9e, en son temps, pour la <em>Villa Lorraine<\/em>, lui revient en son nom et restaurant propres, le <strong><em>Restaurant Alain Bianchin<\/em><\/strong>. Juste retour pour celui qui, en volant de ses propres ailes et en ayant l\u2019audace de se lancer seul dans l\u2019aventure, prouve combien son talent est toujours aussi grand, voire m\u00eame davantage, lorsque le travail en roue libre devient son quotidien.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>En Flandre<\/strong>, et toujours dans la cat\u00e9gorie deux \u00e9toiles, <strong><em>Sergio Herman<\/em><\/strong> du superbe Restaurant anversois <strong><em>The Jane<\/em><\/strong> se voit octroyer un second macaron alors qu\u2019en <strong>Wallonie<\/strong>, celui-ci va \u00e0 <strong><em>Eric Fernez<\/em><\/strong> du Restaurant<strong><em>d\u2019Eug\u00e9nie \u00e0 Emilie<\/em><\/strong> (Baudour).\u00a0Une \u00e9toile ira encore, au <strong>Bistrot du Nord<\/strong> (Anvers), au <strong><em>Restaurant Danny<\/em><\/strong> (Terhills Hotel \u2013 Maasmechelen) et \u00e0 <strong><em>dEssensi<\/em><\/strong> (\u2018s-Gravenwezel).<\/p>\n\n honorer un deuxi\u00e8me Ma\u00eetre Cuisinier\u00a0:<strong><em>Philippe Fauchet<\/em><\/strong> (Saint-Georges-sur-Meuse) ainsi que quelques restaurants faisant preuve d\u2019heureuse constance tels\u00a0: <strong><em>Le Pilori<\/em><\/strong> (Ecaussines), <strong><em>Le Comptoir de Marie<\/em><\/strong> (Mons).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Au <strong>Luxembourg<\/strong> d\u00e9crochent leur premi\u00e8re \u00e9toile : <em>Favaro<\/em> (Esch-sur-Alzette) et <em>Guilou Campagne<\/em>(Schouweiler). Deux enseignes moins connues chez nous mais qui, nous dit-on, gagnent \u00e0 \u00eatre connues \u2026 fissa fissa\u00a0!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Enfin, voil\u00e0 donc du (tout bon) pain sur la planche pour chacun, de belles visites en perspectives et plein de f\u00e9licitations \u00e0 tous !<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Quant au propos que nous a volontiers tenu le r\u00e9dacteur en chef du Michelin 2016, il n\u2019h\u00e9sita pas \u00e0 nous rappeler que les jeunes chefs, pass\u00e9s par de grandes maisons en \u00e9colage ou encore les cuisiniers privil\u00e9giant les produits locaux sont aujourd\u2019hui les plus appr\u00e9ci\u00e9s non seulement des guides gastronomiques mais aussi de gastronomes avis\u00e9s, toujours plus nombreux et toujours plus curieux de nouveaux talents.\u00a0Retrouvez, ici et d\u2019ici peu, les d\u00e9tails de cette interview r\u00e9alis\u00e9e \u00e0 quelques minutes de la fin de l\u2019annonce de ce nouveau cru 2016 d\u2019un guide gastronomique faisant toujours recette aupr\u00e8s du plus grand nombre.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Enfin et pour info, en chiffres, le Michelin 2016 c\u2019est aussi\u00a0: une 60<sup>e<\/sup> \u00e9dition\u00a0; 1.769 adresses dont 655 h\u00f4tels (126 maisons d\u2019h\u00f4tes), 1.114 restaurants dont 140 restaurants \u00e9toil\u00e9s (3-3 \u00e9toiles\u00a0; 20-2 \u00e9toiles dont 3 nouvelles adresses\u00a0; 117 restaurants 1 \u00e9toile dont 10 nouvelles adresses).<br \/>\nLe Guide MICHELIN Belgique-Luxembourg sera mis en vente en librairie d\u00e8s le 16 d\u00e9cembre.
