Dot\u00e9s de vertus antioxydantes, ils sont indispensables au bon fonctionnement de votre organisme qui ne peut les produire seul. Ils doivent donc \u00eatre apport\u00e9s exclusivement par voie alimentaire. Autrement dit, \u00ab un apport excessif en om\u00e9ga-6 entra\u00eene une m\u00e9tabolisation moindre des om\u00e9ga-3 \u00bb.
