Elle, c&rsquo;est Isabelle Arpin la nouvelle cheffe du Restaurant Alexandre mais aussi la nouvelle femme cheffe \u00e9toil\u00e9e au Guide Michelin 2016. A travers son talent et sa cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9, elle nous offre les recettes de notre prochain menu de f\u00eate !<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: right;\"><em>Par Joelle Rochette\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Tr\u00e8s\u00a0simplement et en toute modestie, elle a d\u2019embl\u00e9e\u00a0\u00a0accept\u00e9 notre invitation \u00e0 terminer l\u2019ann\u00e9e en beaut\u00e9 avec nous et en quelques recettes aussi simples et faciles \u00e0 reproduire pour tout un chacun.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Alors qu\u2019elle nous les a fait d\u00e9guster au pr\u00e9alable, Isabelle nous a gentiment\u00a0confi\u00e9 ses quatre recettes de f\u00eates mettant \u00e0 l\u2019honneur black Angus, cabillaud, faon ou encore tarte tatin revisit\u00e9e. Aujourd\u2019hui plus que jamais apr\u00e8s avoir obtenu le fameux macaron, elle \u0153uvre\u00a0toujours avec brio c\u00f4t\u00e9 rue du midi,\u00a0au Restaurant\u00a0Alexandre,\u00a0o\u00f9 avec Anca Petrescu, propri\u00e9taire de cette tr\u00e8s belle enseigne et sommeli\u00e8re avis\u00e9e, elles concoctent\u00a0de merveilleux d\u00e9lices d\u2019associations insolites, savoureuses ou simplement\u00a0jubilatoires pour nos papilles en folie !<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Parall\u00e8lement,\u00a0il est \u00e0 noter que le\u00a0Restaurant Alexandre a \u00e9t\u00e9 nomm\u00e9 meilleur restaurant de Bruxelles en \u00ab\u00a0Coups de c\u0153ur gastronomiques 2015 \u2013 R\u00e9gion bruxelloise\u00a0\u00bb au Guide Gastromania 2015 des restaurants les mieux c\u00f4t\u00e9s en Belgique et au Grand-Duch\u00e9 de Luxembourg.<br \/>\nAvant de d\u00e9couvrir, ici m\u00eame et tout prochainement, le portrait de cette tr\u00e8s sympathique chef d\u2019origines\u00a0fran\u00e7aises, il est \u00e0 noter que le\u00a0Restaurant Alexandre a \u00e9t\u00e9 nomm\u00e9 meilleur restaurant de Bruxelles en \u00ab\u00a0Coups de c\u0153ur gastronomiques 2015 \u2013 R\u00e9gion bruxelloise\u00a0\u00bb au Guide Gastromania 2015 des restaurants les mieux c\u00f4t\u00e9s en Belgique et au Grand-Duch\u00e9 de Luxembourg.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Voici une de ces recettes.\u00a0Un d\u00e9lice test\u00e9 et \u2026 largement approuv\u00e9\u00a0! Pendant ce temps, videz 3 figues et mettre \u00e0 compoter avec la vanille et 1cs de miel. Mixer ensuite la pr\u00e9paration. Pour la marinade, m\u00e9langer huiles, vinaigre, 1cs miel, sirop de sureau, sel. Brosser les c\u00e8pes et les couper en lamelles. Couper des toasts tr\u00e8s fins et les passer quelques minutes au four.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\"><strong>Dressage:\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Couper la viande en fines tranches et \u00e9taler sur l\u2019assiette. Salez et poivrez puis nappez avec la marinade. Coupez la figue restante en quartiers. Coupez l\u2019Affilla cress.
