Kook de sperziebonen 7 minuten in water met de bouillonpoeder. Giet ze af en laat ze uitlekken.<\/li>\n<li>Pel de ui en snijd hem in dunne partjes. Verhit de Becel Original en fruit de uiparten in ca. 5 minuten op een halfhoog vuur glazig.<\/li>\n<li>Houd 2 mooie toefjes munt apart en snijd de rest in ragdunne reepjes.<\/li>\n<li>Schep de quinoa met de gebakken ui, de sperziebonen, de forel\u00a0en de gesneden munt door elkaar. Breng op smaak met versgemalen peper. Verdeel de quinoa over de borden, bestrooi met de pompoenpitten\u00a0en garneer met de toefjes munt.
