Pel en snijd de teentjes knoflook elk in vieren. Hak de kruiden grof.<\/li>\n<li>Meng de groenten in de braadslede met 2 el Becel Light, driekwart van de kruiden, venkelzaad, de knoflook en vers gemalen peper naar smaak. Laat de groenten in de hete oven in ca. 1 uur gaar worden.<\/li>\n<li>Snijd ondertussen het vlees in twee\u00ebn en wrijf het in met de rest van de Becel, kruiden en vers gemalen peper naar smaak.
