Snijd de kipfilet in 6 stukken.<\/li>\n<li>Breng 600 ml water met de shoarmakruiden en het\u00a0halve kippenbouillonblokje aan de kook. Voeg de wortel en de gedroogde vruchten\u00a0toe en kook 5 minuten. Verwarm ondertussen anderhalve eetlepel Becel Original in een koekenpan en bak hierin de kipfilet en ui 3 minuten. Voeg de kip met ui aan de bouillon en wortel toe en laat op een matig vuur 8 minuten garen. Schep dan ook de courgette\u00a0erdoor en laat alles in ca. 6 minuten gaar worden.<\/li>\n<li>Bereid in de tussentijd de couscous volgens de aanwijzingen op de verpakking. Roer er op het laatst anderhalve eetlepel Becel Original door.<\/li>\n<li>Verdeel de couscous over 2 diepe borden en schep de groenten, vruchten en kip met wat bouillon over de couscous.
