Deze echte smaakambassadeurs verkennen de Franse gastronomie tot in de fijnste kneepjes en etaleren hun talent over 1500 verschillende menu\u2019s.\u00a0Deze diners worden in de restaurants en ambassades van 150 landen geserveerd. Zij zijn bedoeld om de liefde voor de Franse keuken te bezingen en het publiek uit te nodigen om te dineren \u201c\u00e0 la fran\u00e7aise\u201d. Het evenement brengt hulde aan een levende keuken, open en innoverend, die niettemin altijd trouw blijft aan zijn waarden: delen, genieten, respect voor lekker eten en onze planeet.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Het wordt een unieke gelegenheid om Frankrijk te proeven en te laten proeven van een voor iedereen toegankelijke keuken, van bistrot tot sterrentafel, op basis van verse seizoen- en streekproducten: \u201cgebakken ganzenlever yuzu-miso\u201d in Japan, \u201clijnbaars\u201d en \u201cromige polenta\u201d in Itali\u00eb, \u201cSint-Jacobsvruchten van Cape Cod\u201d in de
