Artistieke expressie blijkt goed voor ons psychologisch welzijn en zou wel eens het perfecte wapen kunnen zijn tegen stress.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Amerikaanse onderzoekers lieten onlangs 39 mannen en vrouwen tussen 18 en 59 jaar zich gedurende drie kwartier artistiek uitleven met allerhande materialen zoals papier, viltstiften, klei, \u2026 Via speekselstaaltjes kon hun <strong>cortisolgehalte<\/strong> (het stresshormoon) voor en na de creatieve uitspatting gemeten worden. Resultaat? 45 minuten creatief zijn liet bij 75 % van hen het cortisolgehalte dalen, ongeacht hun artistieke verleden.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">De deelnemers lieten weten dat de activiteit ontspannend en fijn was en hen hielp om <strong>piekergedachten los te laten<\/strong> en zo een beter perspectief op de zaken te krijgen. Alle reden dus om regelmatig een creatieve activiteit op de agenda te zetten!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>Bron: G.
