Deze laatste helpt tegen de afbraak van collageen. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\"><b>2. Zalm<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Zalm bevat zink, een oligo-element dat de eiwitten activeert die nodig zijn voor de synthese van collageen. Bovendien is deze vis van nature rijk aan essenti\u00eble vetzuren die de huid voeden. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\"><b>3. Knoflook<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Look heeft een sterke ontstekingsremmende werking en heeft bovendien een hoog zwavelgehalte. Knoflookteentjes dragen dus bij aan de vorming van collageen en zorgen voor een gezonde huidpigmentatie. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\"><b>4. Kiwi<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">In kiwi\u2019s zit heel veel vitamine C, wat de collageenproductie stimuleert, en ook vitamine A en E, die helpen in de strijd tegen huidveroudering. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\"><b>5. Kiemgroente<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Kiemgroente bevat veel vitamine C en bevordert de synthese van collageenvezels. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\"><b>8. Rode vruchten<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Rode vruchten zijn rijk aan lycopeen, een antioxidant dat de collageenafscheiding bevordert. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\"><b>9. Eieren<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">In eieren zitten aminozuren die door ons lichaam in collageen worden omgetoverd. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\"><b>10.
