De Libanese pasta maak je heel simpel met kikkererwten uit je keukenkastje \u00f3f andere peulvruchten die je nog in huis hebt. En als je een beetje een goede keukenmachine of staafmixer hebt liggen, kost het al helemaal weinig moeite.<\/p>\n<h2>Wat je nodig hebt<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>300 g kikkererwten in blik<\/li>\n<li>1 klein knoflookteentje<\/li>\n<li>3 eetlepels tahin<\/li>\n<li>1 citroen<\/li>\n<li>100 milliliter ijskoud water<\/li>\n<li>1 snufje zeezout<\/li>\n<li>1 scheut olijflie<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Hoe je het maakt<\/h2>\n<p>Spoel de kikkererwten af onder de koude kraan. Kies je voor tuinbonen of doperwten? Zorg dan eerst dat ze gaar zijn voor je ze gebruikt. Gooi de bonen in een keukenmachine en maal fijn. Hak het teentje knoflook zo fijn mogelijk en voeg met de eetlepels tahin toe aan het mengsel. Strooi een beetje zout en citroensap erbij, gevolgd door het koude water. Proef en oordeel nu: is het nog niet romig genoeg? Blijf malen in de keukenmachine. Is de smaak nog een beetje flauw? Voeg wat extra zout, citroensap of tahin toe. En <em>last but definitely not least<\/em>: top af met een scheutje <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fiftyandmemagazine.be\/nl\/culinair\/weten-bakken-met-olijfolie\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">olijfolie<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>De meeste soorten hummus kun je zo\u2019n drie dagen in de ijskast bewaren.
