Toen ze het publiceerde werd het een instant hit in Finland en de feta was direct in alle supermarkten in het land uitverkocht. Dat kreeg daarom de welverdiende titel <strong>Fenomeen van het jaar<\/strong> in Finland. Dat zit er misschien wel weer aan te komen, want het recept met <em>baked feta <\/em>werd begin dit jaar opgepikt door een Amerikaanse blogster. Zij deelde het recept op TikTok, waar het recept ditmaal niet alleen Finland, maar <strong>de hele wereld rondging<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h2>Supersimpele baked feta<\/h2>\n<p>Dat het recept zo populair is, hoeft niet te verbazen. De absurde hoeveelheid <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fiftyandmemagazine.be\/nl\/culinair\/tecepten\/warme-camembert-uit-de-oven\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">gesmolten kaas<\/a> doet ook mensenharten smelten. En de \u2018Uunifetapasta\u2019 is \u00e9cht simpel. Een <strong>ovenschaal en een pot voor de pasta<\/strong> is al wat je gebruikt. En het enige dat je snijdt, is wat verse basilicum, rode peper en look.<br \/>\n<b><\/b><\/p>\n<p><b>De ingredi\u00ebnten:<br \/>\n<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"article__paragraph\">450 g pasta<\/li>\n<li class=\"article__paragraph\">1 blok feta<\/li>\n<li class=\"article__paragraph\">Flinke scheut olijfolie<\/li>\n<li class=\"article__paragraph\">1 rode peper<\/li>\n<li class=\"article__paragraph\">500 g kerstomaatjes<\/li>\n<li class=\"article__paragraph\">4 teentjes knoflook (optioneel)<\/li>\n<li class=\"article__paragraph\">Handvol verse basilicum<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Zo maak je het:<\/b><\/p>\n<p>1. Plaats de blok feta in een ovenschaal, doe de rode peper en olijfolie eroverheen. Voeg de tomaatjes aan de ovenschaal toe, besprenkel met olijfolie en peper en zout.<\/p>\n<p>2. Bak 15 minuten in de oven op 200 \u00b0C. Zet dan de gril aan in de oven en verhoog de temperatuur naar 225\u00b0C, en laat nog 10 minuten verder bakken. Kook ondertussen de pasta al dente.<\/p>\n<p>3. Haal de ovenschaal uit de oven. Voeg de gesneden basilicum en look toe.
