Maar aan <strong>wings<\/strong> hadden wij nog niet zo snel gedacht.<\/p>\n<p>Bonus: ze zijn armer in koolhydraten dan de standaardversie en zonder dat je het doorhebt, is er een <strong>flinke portie groente<\/strong> naar binnen geslopen.<\/p>\n<h2>De ingredi\u00ebnten<\/h2>\n<p>Zoals bij elk wing-recept &#8211; bloemkool of niet &#8211; zijn de kruiden in het beslag <strong>de sleutel<\/strong> in deze vegetarische versie. Zorg ervoor dat je sowieso de lookpoeder, ajuinpoeder en paprikapoeder bij de hand hebt, plus een beetje hete saus als je van een <strong>spicy snack<\/strong>\u00a0houdt.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 stronk bloemkoolroosjes<\/li>\n<li>Een scheutje melk<\/li>\n<li>Een scheutje water<\/li>\n<li>100 gram bloem<\/li>\n<li>2 theelepels lookpoeder<\/li>\n<li>1 theelepel ajuinpoeder<\/li>\n<li>1 theelepel gerookt paprikapoeder<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 theelepel zout<\/li>\n<li>1\/4 theelepel gemalen zwarte peper<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Zo maak je het<\/h2>\n<p>Meng in een mengkom alle droge ingredi\u00ebnten (bloem, lookpoeder, ajuinpoeder, paprikapoeder, zout en peper). Klop vervolgens het water en de melk erdoor tot het beslag geen klonten meer bevat.<\/p>\n<p>Voeg verse bloemkoolroosjes toe aan het beslag en meng goed om het gelijkmatig met beslag te bedekken. Haal de roosjes er \u00e9\u00e9n voor \u00e9\u00e9n uit en leg ze op een aparte schaal zodat het overtollige beslag weg kan lopen.<\/p>\n<p>Vet het mandje van de air fryer in en leg de roosjes in een enkele laag in het mandje van de air fryer. Probeer ook te voorkomen dat ze elkaar raken (indien mogelijk), zodat alle kanten directe warmte krijgen.<\/p>\n<p>Bak ze op <strong>350 graden<\/strong> gedurende <strong>15 minuten<\/strong>. Zodra de bloemkool gaar is doen je het in een kom, en <em>that&#8217;s pretty much it<\/em>!
