Dit keer gaat een recept voor zogenoemde <strong>baked oats<\/strong> het internet over. Oftewel: <strong>afgebakken havermout<\/strong>. Doordat de havermoutpap in de oven wordt gebakken, wordt het <strong>knapperig<\/strong>. Voor wie graag vaker havermout zou willen eten, maar maar de papperige substantie niet appreci\u00ebren, is dit een perfecte uitkomst. De structuur van de <em>baked oats<\/em> aan de binnenkant is haast <strong>cakeachtig<\/strong>; wie wil daar nu niet mee ontbijten?<\/p>\n<p>Die luchtige textuur komt door de combinatie van havermout en bak-ingredi\u00ebnten zoals eieren en baksoda, waarna het geheel in de blender gaat. Ook handig: het is heel snel klaar. We hebben nu eenmaal geen zee\u00ebn van tijd in de ochtend.<\/p>\n<p>Je kunt eraan toevoegen wat je wil. Chocolade of fruit, maar bijvoorbeeld ook wortel of rijst. Heb je geen eieren, dan neem je een rijpe banaan. Inspiratie nodig? Typ op TikTok de hashtag <strong>#bakedoats<\/strong> in en de app toont honderden (wat zeggen we? Duizenden!) opties. Hieronder een<strong> simpele versie<\/strong> van het recept.<\/p>\n<h2>Hoe maak je het?<\/h2>\n<p>Dit heb je nodig:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>40 gram havermout<\/li>\n<li>75 milliliter (plantaardige melk)<\/li>\n<li>Halve eetlepel baksoda<\/li>\n<li>2 eieren (of een banaan)<\/li>\n<li>Optioneel: honing en vanille-extract<\/li>\n<li>Optioneel: fruit of andere toppings<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Doe de 40 gram havermout in de blender. Voeg de 75 milliliter (plantaardige) melk toe. Voeg de halve eetlepel baksoda toe en daarna de twee eieren (of de banaan). Doe er optioneel esdoornsiroop, honing of suiker in voor een zoetere smaak. Voeg optioneel het vanille-extract toe. Blend het geheel en doe alles in een schotel, tas of kom die in de oven kan. Bak het mengsel vijf minuten in de oven op 180 graden.
