Stoof de look in een grote pan met olie voor 2 minuten. Voeg vervolgens de sojaroom, bouillon pasta en het citroensap toe en laat de ingredi\u00ebnten rustig opwarmen tot het lichtjes begint te borrelen. Neem de pan van het vuur, voeg de gekookte pasta en de citroenschil toe en meng alles onder elkaar. De gnocchi maken duurt wel even dus wil je sneller eten op tafel? Doe de zoete aardappel in een kom, voeg eventueel zout en edelgist toe en meng goed. Voeg de bloem toe beetje bij beetje wanneer de zoete aardappel nog warm is. Kneed zachtjes, hoe minder bloem je gebruikt, hoe luchtiger en zachter de gnocchi.<\/p>\n<p>Neem een stuk van het deeg en rol het in een bal en vervolgens tot een lange worst. Snij is kleine stukjes en rol de gnocchi over een vork voor de typische vorm.<\/p>\n<p>Breng water aan de kook en voeg de gnocchi toe. Kook tot de gnocchi begint te drijven. Laat ze gnocchi uitlekken en bak vervolgens in een pan tot de buitenkant goudbruin is.<\/p>\n<p>Serveer onmiddellijk en werk af met zout, peper en edelgist vlokken.
