Deze amandelboter brownies\u00a0zitten vol voedingsvoordelen, waaronder het helpen voorkomen of behandelen van <strong>chronische ontstekingen<\/strong>. Het ongezoete cacaopoeder bevat veel <strong>antioxidanten<\/strong> om radicalen in je lichaam af te breken, de amandelboter is een geweldige bron van <strong>eiwitten<\/strong>, en de bananen zitten vol met <strong>vezels en kalium<\/strong>. Verwarm de oven voor op 200\u00b0C. Bekleed een bakvorm met bakpapier of besmeer met boter.<\/p>\n<p>2. Pureer de bananen in een keukenmachine of blender. Voeg de amandelboter en cacaopoeder toe en mix tot een gladde massa. Voeg eventueel daarna de blauwe bessen en\/of notenmix toe en roer het er met een lepel doorheen.<\/p>\n<p>3. Giet het beslag in de bakvorm en plaats in de oven. Bak ongeveer 20 minuten. Het browniebeslag moet opgezwollen zijn en de binnenkant droog (dit kun je testen met een prikker).
