Er zit namelijk veel suiker in. Maar genieten van Nutella zonder schuldgevoel kan! Dit gezonde recept voor Nutella van slechts 5 ingredi\u00ebnten bevat veel <strong>minder vet<\/strong>, <strong>koolhydraten <\/strong>en <strong>suiker<\/strong>, en dus<strong> calorie\u00ebn<\/strong>, maar is nog steeds dik en smeu\u00efg. Je kunt het letterlijk overal op smeren! Op <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fiftyandmemagazine.be\/nl\/beauty\/afslanken\/broodsoort-helpt-afvallen\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">toast<\/a>, wat in je havermout of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fiftyandmemagazine.be\/nl\/gezondheid\/goed-ouder-worden\/kefir-yoghurt-gezonder\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">yoghurt<\/a> of met een <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fiftyandmemagazine.be\/nl\/culinair\/tecepten\/geen-oven-bananencake-in-een-pan\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">banaan<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h2>Nutri\u00ebnten<\/h2>\n<p>Eiwitten: 11 grm<br \/>\nKoolhydraten: 12 gram<br \/>\nVet: 60 gram<\/p>\n<p>632 kcal per 100 gram (\u00e9\u00e9n portie op toast is ongeveer 15 gram).<\/p>\n<h2>Ingredi\u00ebnten<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>200 gram hazelnoten<\/li>\n<li>150 gram pure chocolade (in ieder geval boven de 78%)<\/li>\n<li>40 gram kokosolie<\/li>\n<li>Zoetstof naar smaak<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 theelepel zout<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Bereidingswijze<\/h2>\n<p>Bak de hazelnoten 10 minuten op 180 gram en pel ze daarna. Doe ze in een blender of hakmolen en stamp de hazelnoten met de zoetstof en het zout fijn tot je een cr\u00e8me krijgt. Smelt de chocolade met de kokosolie in de magnetron. Meng de chocolade met de hazelnootcr\u00e8me <em>et voil\u00e0!<\/em><\/p>\n<p>De gezonde Nutella van slechts 5 ingredi\u00ebnten kun je eventjes bewaren in een <strong>weckpot<\/strong>. Maar omdat je met verse ingredi\u00ebnten werkt, is het verstandig om het niet langer dan <strong>vijf dagen<\/strong> in de koelkast te bewaren.
