Afgieten (vang half kopje kookvocht op) en fijnstampen. Klop het kookvocht met 1 el Becel Original door de aardappelen.<\/li>\n<li>Snijd ondertussen de rodekool in smalle reepjes. Pel en snipper de ui. Kook de rode kool 15 minuten in een laagje water met de ui, de kruidnagels en de anijsster. Afgieten, goed laten uitlekken en mengen met 1 el Becel, de balsamicoazijn en royaal versgemalen peper.<\/li>\n<li>Snijd in de tussentijd de kipfilets in twee dunne plakken en wrijf ze in met 1 el Becel. Bestrooi met versgemalen peper. Snijd de peer in 6 parten en verwijder het klokhuis. Grill de kip in een hete grillpan of onder of op een hete grill aan beide kanten bruin in ca. 8 minuten. Grill de peer 3 minuten mee. Tussentijds keren.<\/li>\n<li>Verdeel de aardappelpuree en rode kool over 2 borden.
