Pel en snipper 1 ui en pel en snijd de ander in ringen. Was de courgette en rasp hem grof.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Schil de winterwortel met een dunschiller en rasp hem fijn. Was de sinaasappel schoon onder stromend water, rasp de oranje schil dun af en pers de vrucht uit. Schep de zeste en het sap met 2 el van de koriander en peper naar smaak door de geraspte wortel. Hak de hazelnoten grof en rooster ze in een droge koekenpan lichtbruin. Laat ze op keukenpapier afkoelen. Was de kropsla dep de blaadjes droog en snijd ze in repen.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Verhit 1 el Becel Original en fruit de gesnipperde ui in ca. 3 minuten goudgeel en glazig. Voeg de courgette en het kerriepoeder toe en bak op een halfhoog vuur nog ca. 5 minuten. Maal de kikkererwten in een keukenmachine fijn. Voeg de dooier toe en draai kort mee. Schep het met de rest van de koriander door het courgettemengsel en breng het op smaak met peper. Vorm er 2 burgers van.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Verhit 1 el Becel Original in een koekenpan met antiaanbaklaag en bak de kikkererwten burgers op een halfhoog vuur aan beide kanten lichtbruin en door en door warm. Schuif ze tijdens het bakken langs de rand van de pan zodat ook de zijkanten lichtbruin kleuren. Bak gelijktijdig de uienringen mee. Snijd de broodjes open en verdeel de sla erover. Leg de vegetarische courgetteburgers erop, verdeel de uienringen erover en lepel de ketchup erop.
