Meng met de keukenrobot\u00a060 g yoghurt, het volkorenmeel, royaal versgemalen peper en de Becel Original tot een samenhangend deeg. Vorm een bal en druk die een beetje plat, pak het deeg in in folie en laat het 30 minuten in de koelkast rusten.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Voeg ondertussen het citroensap aan een laagje water in een diepe pan toe. Schil de schorseneren met een dunschiller en met huishoudhandschoenen aan (anders worden uw\u00a0handen heel erg zwart!). Snijd elke schorseneer in 8 lange stukjes. Was ze met koud water. Leg ze direct in het citroenwater. Breng het water aan de kook en laat de schorseneren op een matig vuur in 25 minuten gaar worden. Afgieten en goed laten uitlekken.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Schil in de tussentijd de aardappelen, snijd ze in partjes en kook ze gaar in een laagje water. Afgieten en een beetje laten afkoelen. Pel en snijd de uien in smalle ringen. Bak ze 4 minuten in een droge koekenpan; keer ze geregeld.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Snijd de gerookte kip in kleine stukjes. Snijd de tomaten in partjes. Hak de kruiden grof.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Rol het deeg uit tot een ronde plak van ca. 16 cm \u00d8 en bedek de bakvorm ermee. Prik met een vork gaatjes in de bodem. Meng de schorseneren met de uienringen, de helft van de kruiden en de kip. Vul de vorm met het schorsenerenmengsel. Kluts de eieren met de melk en wat versgemalen peper. Schenk het geklutste ei over de schorseneren. Bak de schorsenerentaart in de hete oven 30 tot 35 minuten tot het ei is gestold.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Meng de aardappelen, met de tomaat, de rest van de kruiden, wat versgemalen peper en 30 g yoghurt. Laat de schorsenerentaart als deze klaar is even staan, verwijder dan de springvorm en snijd in 4 of 6 punten.
