Schil de appel, snijd in vieren, verwijder het klokhuis en snijd het vruchtvlees in stukjes. Trek het vel van het bietje en snijd het in stukjes.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Verwarm \u00bd el Becel Original (vloeibaar) in een diepe pan en bak hierin de\u00a0rode biet, de appel en driekwart van de lente-uitjes gedurende 3 minuten. Voeg 500 ml heet water, de strooibouillon en 1 tot 2 theelepels sambal toe en kook 8 minuten.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Bestrijk ondertussen de volkorenboterham met de rest van de Becel. Snijd de boterham in kleine blokjes. Verwarm een koekenpan en bak de blokjes brood in ca. 4 minuten al roerende knapperig en lichtbruin. Laat de volkorencroutons op keukenpapier afkoelen.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pureer de soep met de staafmixer. Breng op smaak met vers gemalen peper. Verdeel over 2 borden of kommen.
