Snijd de knolselder in reepjes (frietjes) van ca. driekwart cm\u00b2. Meng ze in een zakje of schaal met 2 el Becel Original en een halve eetlepel kerriepoeder en verdeel ze over een grote bakplaat. Wrijf de kippendijtjes in met 1 el Becel en kwart eetlepel kerriepoeder. Leg ze bij de knolselder op de bakplaat. Laat de frietjes in de hete oven in ca. 40 minuten gaar en bruin worden. (Knolselderfrietjes worden niet zo knapperig als aardappelfrietjes.)<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Snijd ondertussen de tomaten in stukjes. Pel en snipper de ui. Snijd de boterham in heel kleine stukjes. Breng de tomaten met het brood, de ui, honing, 4 el water en wat versgemalen peper al roerende aan de kook en laat het ca. 15 minuten pruttelen. Voeg, als de saus te droog wordt, nog wat extra water toe. Hak de koriander fijn en voeg de helft met de kaneel aan de tomatendip toe. (De dip kan warm of koud gegeten worden.)<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Snijd in de tussentijd de spitskool in reepjes en kook deze ca. 7 minuten. Giet de spitskool af en voeg versgemalen peper naar smaak toe.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Schep de tomatendip in 2 kleine bakjes, zet ze op 2 grote borden, schep de knolselderfrietjes en de spitskool erbij en leg de kip ernaast.
