Verwarm de melk in een klein pannetje op en laag vuur, let op dit gaat snel. Neem de pan van het vuur en los de uitgeknepen gelatine er in op. Laat de melk iets afkoelen. Doe de cacaopoeder en de in plakjes gesneden banaan in een hoge kom. Pureer alles met de staafmixer. Schenk het melkmengsel erbij en haal de draaiende staafmixer een paar keer langzaam omhoog zodat een schuimig mengsel ontstaat. Schenk de mousse in de bakjes of glaasjes en laat de mousse in de koelkast in ca. 45 minuten opstijven.<\/li>\n<li>Hak de veenbessen fijn. Schil vlak voor het serveren de peer en snijd hem in 6 partjes. Verhit de Becel in een koekenpan met antiaanbaklaag en bak de peerpartjes aan beide kanten lichtbruin.<\/li>\n<li>Neem de chocolademousse uit de koelkast, zet de schaaltjes of glaasjes op een passend bordje, strooi een beetje van de veenbessen erover en leg de gebakken peer er naast. Bestuif de peer met een beetje kaneelpoeder en strooi er de rest van de veenbessen over.
