Was de aardappels en snijd ze in heel kleine stukjes. Verwarm de Becel Original in een grote koekenpan en bak de aardappel 15 minuten. Geregeld omscheppen. Snijd ondertussen de courgette en paprika in reepjes. Pel en snipper de ui. Voeg courgette, 3\/4 van de paprika en 3\/4 van de ui nadat de aardappelen 10 minuten zijn gebakken aan de pan toe en bak ze de laatste 5 minuten mee.<\/li>\n<li>Hak ondertussen de Italiaanse kruiden grof. Klop de eieren los met het\u00a0paprikapoeder, vers gemalen peper naar smaak en de helft van de kruiden. Verdeel het aardappelmengsel en de losgeklopte eieren over het bakblik. Bak in de voorverwarmde oven in 30-35 minuten tot de frittata lichtbruin en gestold is. Even laten staan.<\/li>\n<li>Was en droog de sla en meng in een grote schaal met Becel Dressing, de rest van de paprika, de rest van de ui en de rest van de kruiden.
