De prestigieuze titel van Chef van het Jaar 2016 gaat naar Sang-Hoon Degeimbre, chef van L\u2019Air du Temps (Liernu) en Meesterkok van Belgi\u00eb.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: right;\"><em>Door Jo\u00eblle Rochette<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.life-magazine.be\/nl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/11\/life-magazine1.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-4921\" src=\"http:\/\/www.life-magazine.be\/nl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/11\/life-magazine1.jpg\" alt=\"life-magazine\" width=\"640\" height=\"427\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.fiftyandmemagazine.be\/nl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/11\/life-magazine1.jpg 640w, https:\/\/www.fiftyandmemagazine.be\/nl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/11\/life-magazine1-624x416.jpg 624w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 640px) 100vw, 640px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Zoals bij elke nieuwe editie werden er ook <strong>drie jonge chefs van het jaar<\/strong> verkozen. De laureaten: <strong>Maxime Colin<\/strong> (La Villa Loraine) voor Brussel, <strong>Marcello Ballardin<\/strong> (OAK \u2013 Gent) voor Vlaanderen en <strong>C\u00e9dric Delsaut<\/strong> (Bienvenue chez Vous \u2013 Namen) voor Walloni\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Elk jaar wordt reikhalzend uitgekeken naar de komst van de nieuwe Gault&amp;Millau. Afgelopen maandag waren er al 28.000 exemplaren in voorverkoop gereserveerd. Het publiek van de restaurantgids is groot en helemaal weg van deze (2e) bijbel van het goede eten.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.life-magazine.be\/nl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/11\/life-magazine-2.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-4923\" src=\"http:\/\/www.life-magazine.be\/nl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/11\/life-magazine-2.jpg\" alt=\"life-magazine-2\" width=\"640\" height=\"360\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.fiftyandmemagazine.be\/nl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/11\/life-magazine-2.jpg 640w, https:\/\/www.fiftyandmemagazine.be\/nl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/11\/life-magazine-2-624x351.jpg 624w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 640px) 100vw, 640px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Deze keer werden er niet minder dan <strong>10 % nieuwe adressen<\/strong> toegevoegd aan de 1.100 adressen uit alle hoeken van het land die een bezoekje kregen van de restaurantgids. Drie restaurants verdienden een derde koksmuts en een 17\/20: <strong><em>La Source<\/em> <\/strong>in Lanaken, <strong><em>La Paix<\/em><\/strong> in Brussel en <strong><em>Bistro Margaux<\/em> <\/strong>in Sint-Martens-Bodegem. In Brussel maakte de chef <strong>Alexandre Dionisio<\/strong> van <em>Villa in the Sky <\/em>een opgemerkte entr\u00e9e in de gids met een mooie 17\/20.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\"><strong>Tenslotte zet Gault&amp;Millau traditiegetrouw ook andere zaken in de bloemetjes:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Thomas Schmidt<\/strong> van <strong>Brasserie Boulevard <\/strong>(Sint-Martens-Latem) is <strong>Gastheer van het jaar<\/strong>.<br \/>\n<strong>Silo\u2019s<\/strong> (Boortmeerbeek) krijgt de titel van <strong>Brasserie van het jaar<br \/>\n<\/strong><strong>Ogst<\/strong> (Hasselt) wordt de <strong>Gastro-bistro van het jaar<br \/>\n<\/strong>Bij <strong>Vivendum<\/strong> (Dilsen-Stokkem) ontdekt u volgende lente het<strong>\u00a0Mooiste terras<br \/>\n<\/strong><strong>Roosenberg<\/strong> (Waasmunster) heeft de <strong>Beste wijnkaart<br \/>\n<\/strong><strong>Mathieu Vanneste<\/strong> (<strong>Hof van Cleve <\/strong>\u2013 Kruishoutem) is <strong>Beste sommelier<br \/>\n<\/strong>Bij de <strong>Schone van Boskoop<\/strong> (Boechout) kan je genieten van het <strong>Beste dessert<br \/>\n<\/strong><strong>L\u2019Esprit Bouddha <\/strong>(Gosselies) is bekroond tot <strong>Aziaat van het jaar<br \/>\n<\/strong><strong>Lukana<\/strong> (Wanze) met Gianni Caruso is dan weer de<strong>\u00a0Italiaan van het jaar<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\"><strong>Nog een paar namen die u moet onthouden &#8211; of beter: bezoeken:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Visbistro Mojo<\/strong> (Vlaanderen), <strong><em>Wine Bar des Marolles<\/em> <\/strong>(Brussel) en <strong><em>La Garrigue<\/em> <\/strong>(Walloni\u00eb) bieden met z\u2019n drie de <strong>beste prijs-kwaliteitverhouding. <\/strong>Resten er nog drie andere ontdekkingen: <strong><em>Bistro Racine<\/em> <\/strong>(Braine-le-Ch\u00e2teau), <strong><em>La Femme du Sommelier<\/em> <\/strong>(Brussel) en <strong><em>Brasa<\/em> <\/strong>(Knokke-Heist) die van Gault&amp;Millau een plaatsje krijgen bij de <strong>Ontdekkingen van het jaar.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.life-magazine.be\/nl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/11\/Life-magazine-livre.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-4924\" src=\"http:\/\/www.life-magazine.be\/nl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/11\/Life-magazine-livre.jpg\" alt=\"Life-magazine-livre\" width=\"640\" height=\"427\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.fiftyandmemagazine.be\/nl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/11\/Life-magazine-livre.jpg 640w, https:\/\/www.fiftyandmemagazine.be\/nl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/11\/Life-magazine-livre-624x416.jpg 624w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 640px) 100vw, 640px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Last but not least: als uw appetijt is opgewekt door deze smakelijke opsomming moet u weten dat de Gault&amp;Millau-gids in de winkel ligt voor 28\u20ac.
