Laat ze 10 minuten koken. Schuim af, filter en voeg dan de andere ingredi\u00ebnten (gember, seldersap en zestes) toe aan de warme vloeistof. Filter de vloeistof nog eens als ze afkoelt. Verpulver tenslotte de gedroogde Wakam\u00e9 tot poeder en voeg toe aan de bereiding. Vries in in lage bakken zodat u er makkelijk granit\u00e9 van kan maken door erover te schrapen.<br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Verwarm een Gillardeau-oester (in de schelp) in zacht kokend water gedurende 1 minuut. Open de oester, maak ze schoon en snij ze los zodat ze makkelijker te eten is. <\/span><\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\"><b>Bereiding van de avocadopuree<\/b><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Kies een goed rijpe avocado en plet hem met het citroensap. Passeer de avocadopuree door een fijne zeef. Breng op smaak met een beetje olijfolie, peper en zout.
