Fruit de sjalot en de knoflook 1 min. op een laag vuur. Voeg de paddenstoelen en de tijm toe en bak ze ca. 2 minuten mee. Schenk 350 ml heet water in de pan en voeg de bospaddenstoelenbouillon, de rest van de paddenstoelen en het currypoeder toe. Breng alles aan de kook en laat\u00a0de soep ca. 5 minuten zachtjes koken. Snijd intussen de gerookte zalm in 2 lange repen en rijg\u00a0ze mooi\u00a0aan 2\u00a0sat\u00e9prikkers.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Neem de pan van het vuur en breng de soep op smaak met peper. Schep de paddenstoelensoep in 2 kopjes,\u00a0bestrooi met de bieslook en leg de zalmprikkers erop. Serveer de soep\u00a0direct.
