Vandaar de witte muren, de organische materialen en de uitbundige lichtinval. De stijl van chef Dennis Broeckx sluit hier naadloos bij aan. Hij kiest voor een frisse en moderne keuken met bijzonder veel aandacht voor lichtheid en natuurlijke smaken. De keuze van de menu\u2019s gebeurt op het ritme van de seizoenen, met het accent op natuurlijke rijkdommen en vergeten groenten.
