Allemaal levend vers, uiteraard. Hij startte destijds \u2018klein\u2019 met een <strong>oesterkraam<\/strong> in de Antwerpse binnenstad dat meteen een schot in de roos was. Het restaurant <strong>\u2018Vrijdag Visdag\u2019<\/strong> dat hij eind december 2013 opende was een mooi verlengstuk. Aanvankelijk was het alleen op vrijdag open, maar omwille van het enorme succes werden de openingsdagen al snel verruimd. Het interieur in grof steigerhout is een mooie knipoog naar de oude visserskroeg. Vrijdag Visdag is ondertussen een vaste waarde in de stad.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">Vervolg\u2026<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.life-magazine.be\/nl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/01\/Sans-titre-1-vv.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" size-full wp-image-6384 aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/www.life-magazine.be\/nl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/01\/Sans-titre-1-vv.jpg\" alt=\"life-magazine\" width=\"300\" height=\"500\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In mei 2015 opende Philippe in het Noorderterras aan de Antwerpse Scheldekaaien <strong>\u2018Plateau Royal, River Caf\u00e9 &amp; Seafood Restaurant\u2019<\/strong>. Ook hier is het interieur subliem, in steigerhout en andere natuurlijke materialen. Bovendien is er een ruim terras waar je in de winter en zomer terechtkunt. <strong>Het zicht op de machtige Schelde krijg je er zo bij<\/strong>. Binnenin trekken diverse goed gevulde homaria de aandacht. Een bartoog met zeven verschillende oesters aangevuld met diverse andere zeevruchten is een andere eyecatcher. Op de kaart staan &#8211; naast de zeevruchtenschotels &#8211; klassiekers zoals garnaalkroketten, gebakken zeetong, kabeljauw met mousselinesaus, wilde gamba\u2019s \u00e9n een Ierse rib-eye met frietjes.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">Twee hotspot<\/span><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Philippe Hawinkel heeft duidelijk een neus voor kwaliteitsproducten en een drive om van elke dag een feest te maken\u2026 In beide zaken is het plaatje perfect.
