Tot nu toe was het de naam van een mooie lifestylemagazine gewijd aan de beroemde badstad \u00e9n van een bar, met name een strandbar tijdens de zomermaanden. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: right;\"><em>Door Jo\u00eblle Rochette<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Sinds een paar maanden is Blue Buddha ook een restaurant. Daarvoor zorgde <em>C\u00e9dric Poncelet\u00a0<\/em>(Restaurant C\u00e9dric), samen met zijn nieuwe vennoot <em>Christophe Trio<\/em>\u00a0(Blue Buddha Magazine). In de keuken vinden we <em>Mario Hauman<\/em> terug, de sous-chef van C\u00e9dric in het gelijknamige restaurant, die zijn interpretatie geeft aan de mooie kaart die C\u00e9dric opstelde. De prijs-kwaliteitverhouding van de eerder eenvoudige gerechtjes voor elk moment van de dag (middag, avond, voor u een stapje in de wereld zet) is excellent. Een aanrader is de lunch die zowel tijdens de week als het weekend geserveerd wordt voor de redelijke prijs van 19\u20ac voor drie gangen. Hier schotelt u men geen overvloedige gastronomische keuken voor, eerder een waaier van verschillende overheerlijke tapas (waaronder tempura van gambas), steak (Ierse rundsfilet, b\u00e9arnaisesaus en frietjes), en de klassiekers als tong meuni\u00e8res of scholfilet met jus van Bouchot-mosseltjes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"  wp-image-10196 aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/www.life-magazine.be\/fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/12\/Blue-Bouddha-\u00a9Morgane-Ball.png\" alt=\"life-magazine\" width=\"529\" height=\"354\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ook de eenvoudige maar persoonlijke en hedendaagse inrichting, die origineel en warm is, kan ons bekoren. Een knipoogje naar Hollywoodsterren, een cocktailbar, een deels overdekt terras en geanimeerde dansavonden hebben het Blue Buddha Restaurant als snel tot de laatste place to be in de stad bestempeld.
