De nominatie komt van de culinaire blog WBP Star en plaats het restaurant van Peter Goossens zo aan de kop van een klassement van 60 opmerkelijke internationale restaurants.<\/strong><\/p>\n<div class=\"entry-content\">\n<p style=\"text-align: right;\"><em>Door\u00a0Jo\u00eblle Rochette<\/em><strong><a class=\"fancybox\" href=\"http:\/\/www.life-magazine.be\/fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/01\/HVC2_restaurant_011.jpg\" rel=\"gallery-11709\"><br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"  wp-image-11752 aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/www.life-magazine.be\/fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/01\/HVC2_restaurant_011.jpg\" alt=\"life-magazine\" width=\"444\" height=\"334\" \/><\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Peter Goossens plaatste zich met 94 punten aan het hoofd van de ranking van 60 restaurants die opgemerkt werden door de blog. Zo laat hij zelfs het beroemde Catalaanse\u00a0El Cellar De Can Rocca achter zich (tweede plaats met 93 punten).\u00a0L\u2019H\u00f4tel de Ville in Lausanne kreeg brons (92 punten) en de even beroemde restaurants\u00a0G\u00e9ranium (Denemarken) en Aqua (Duitsland) bekleden de 6e en 7e plaats.
