Giet ze af en laat ze goed uitlekken.<\/li>\n<li>Schil de pastinaak en snijdt hem in kleine blokjes. Pel en snipper de sjalot en de knoflook. Was de tomaatjes en snijd ze in vier. Snijd de tofoe in blokjes en dep ze met keukenpapier droog.<\/li>\n<li>Verhit 2 eetlepels van de Becel Slaolie in een wok en roerbak de tofoe omscheppend bruin en knapperig<\/li>\n<li>Schep de linzen met de sjalot, de knoflook, de pastinaak, de cherrytomaat, de olie uit de pan, het citroensap en 2 el van de koriander door elkaar.
