Snijd de tomaten in stukjes.<\/li>\n<li>Verwarm de Becel Original in een sauteerpan of braadpan en bak het komijnzaad, het paprikapoeder, de cayennepeper en \u00bd tl vers gemalen peper tot de kruiden geuren. Voeg het gehakt toe en roerbak zo&#8217;n\u00a03 minuten. Voeg de prei toe en roerbak nog 3 minuten. Meng de tomaten, de bonen en \u00bd kopje heet water erdoor. Verwarm 8 minuten met het deksel half op de pan.
