Champignons en paprika\u2019s zijn ook lekker in deze omelet.<\/p>\n<h1 class=\"titel-4\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">BEREIDINGSWIJZE\u00a0<\/span><\/h1>\n<ol style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><strong>Voorbereiding<\/strong>: Klop de eieren met de melk, het paprikapoeder en een beetje peper schuimig. Was en droog de spinazie. Was en halveer de cherrytomaatjes en snijd de bosuitjes in schuine ringetjes.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Roerbak de groenten<\/strong>: Smelt 15 g van de Becel in een wok, voeg de spinazie toe en roerbak 2 minuten. Doe de spinazie over in een vergiet en druk met de bolle kant van en lepel het vocht uit de spinazie.\u00a0Verhit de rest van de Becel in een wok en roerbak de tomaatjes 2 minuten.\u00a0Voeg de bosui, de spinazie en de feta toe en warm alles 1 minuut goed door. Breng op smaak met peper.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Bak de omeletten<\/strong>: Verhit 15 g Becel verdeeld over 2 middelgrote koekenpannen met antiaanbaklaag. Verdeel het eiermengsel over de 2 pannen en strijk het over de bodems uit. Temper het vuur, dek de pannen af met deksel en laat het ei in 3-4 minuten stollen.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Serveer<\/strong>: Schep het spinaziemengsel op een helft van de omeletten en vouw de omelet dicht.
