Pel de banaan en snijd hem in plakjes. Doe de banaan met de helft van de (ontdooide) frambozen, het cacaopoeder en de uitgeschraapte vanillezaadjes in een hoge kom en pureer alles met een staafmixer.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Verwarm de melk op een laag vuur in een klein pannetje en los de goed uitgeknepen geweekte gelatine hierin op. Laat het afkoelen tot het lauw is en schenk het bij het banaanmengsel. Pureer nogmaals en beweeg de staafmixer een paar maal op en neer zodat een mooi schuimig mengsel ontstaat. Schenk de mousse in de vormpjes of glaasjes en laat ze in de diepvries in ca. 2 uur bevriezen.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Snijd intussen de donkere randjes van het plakje peperkoek en snijd de plak in de lengte in 4 lange reepjes. Verwarm de Becel Bakken en Braden in een kleine koekenpan en leg de koekreepjes in de pan. Keer ze direct en bak die kant in ca. 1 minuut. lichtbruin. Keer ze en bak ook de andere kant lichtbruin. Neem ze uit de pan en laat ze op keukenpapier uitlekken.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Houd de vormpjes of glaasjes enkele tellen in heet water en stort de chocolademousse-ijsjes op 2 bordjes. Schep de frambozen erbij en leg de gebakken peperkoekjes erop.
