In het Oosten staat die wortel bekend om zijn slijmoplossende werking. Bij een verkoudheid of longproblemen wordt ze dan ook in medicinale bereidingen verwerkt. De wortel smaakt licht zoet en oogt mooi met al die gaatjes erin. Je vindt lotuswortel in de Chinese supermarkt.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">*\u00a0Kruidenzout\u00a0(Herbamare van Dr. Vogel) is een lekkere smaakmaker op basis van fijn wit zeezout en verschillende groenten en kruiden. Je kan ook peper en zout gebruiken. Kruidenzout vind je in de betere supermarkt of in de biowinkel.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">*\u00a0Wasabi\u00a0is een mierikswortelachtige, pikante, groene lekkernij die meestal bij sushi geserveerd wordt. In de meeste tubes wasabi zit suiker, daarom verkies ik met poeder te werken.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">* Veganaise is mayonaise zonder ei \u2013 even lekker, veel gezonder.
