Serveer ze met pitachips: maak de helften van een pitabroodje van elkaar los, bestrijk met olijfolie en kruiden naar smaak, en rooster in de oven.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.life-magazine.be\/nl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/03\/humus.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-8417\" src=\"http:\/\/www.life-magazine.be\/nl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/03\/humus.jpg\" alt=\"life-magazine\" width=\"970\" height=\"508\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.fiftyandmemagazine.be\/nl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/03\/humus.jpg 970w, https:\/\/www.fiftyandmemagazine.be\/nl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/03\/humus-624x327.jpg 624w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 970px) 100vw, 970px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<h1><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">Ingredi\u00ebnten<\/span><\/h1>\n<ul>\n<li>300 g gekookte kikkererwten (of uit blik)<\/li>\n<li>200 ml kookvocht van kikkererwten<\/li>\n<li>vers citroensap van 1 citroen<\/li>\n<li>1 tot 2 teentjes geroosterde look*<\/li>\n<li>100 ml ontgeurde zonnebloemolie<\/li>\n<li>komijn<\/li>\n<li>zout<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h1><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">Bereiding\u00a0<\/span><\/h1>\n<p>Mix de nog warme kikkererwten met de rest van de ingredi\u00ebnten tot de lekkerste humus ooit.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em><strong>Geroosterde look maak je zo:<\/strong><\/em> verwijder de schil van een lookbol. Pak de look stevig in in aluminiumfolie en leg hem zo\u2019n 45 minuten in een oven van 180 graden tot het vruchtvlees van de look heel zacht en zoet geworden is. Dat is het geheime ingredi\u00ebnt van de bovenstaande humus. Geroosterde look is veel beter verteerbaar dan verse.
